trespassers.

Requirements-We intend to hunt this
property in such a manner that we continue to raise healthy and large
deer. We will only harvest 8 point bucks or better. Fines apply for
bucks shot under this size. If
you are of the mentality, "if it's brown, it's down", then PLEASE DO NOT
APPLY.
We want quality deer
hunters and those not abiding by club rules will be immediately removed, with
no refunds.
-We prefer folks who are here to enjoy the outdoors,
not simply here to do a lot of drinking. We emphasize a family
environment, and love having children come down to experience the great
outdoors, and have a safe and friendly environment to hunt and fish on.
-All dues/fees must be
paid in full by deadline (i.e. July 1st), otherwise your spot can be filled
by first paying replacement. We are currently taking a $500 non-refundable
deposit which is applied to first year dues from folks to reserve spots.
-We operate the club with a limited
number of rules to keep it simple. You are expected to abide by the
rules, be respectful of others, nature, the land owners.
CLUB DUES: As we stated several times, this is a unique opportunity which offers some very unique amenities . We are limiting the membership to a few individuals to assure quality hunts and harvest. We want to maintain a ratio of 1 hunter per hundred(100) acres. Bird cost are extra, however we will potentially have three bird dogs available for use at no charge. Annual dues are $2250/year, and must be paid by July 15th. Dues include everything...we DO NOT make you pay dues, and then ask everyone to pay another $300-$500 due to inability to do simple budgeting like most other clubs we've been in do. Also, first come first serve basis applies. If you pay your deposit now, you lock your spot in. We reserve the right to be selective about our members based upon whether we feel they will obey the rules of the club, be a valuable addition, and will be respectful to our members, the land, and the landowner. No other members are allowed to hunt until all dues are paid in full.
| Rules
& Regulations: Most of our rules are common sense, but we
have them written down to assure no issues arise, and that everyone is
fully aware of them.
-All NC hunting regulations must be followed. -All members and guest must use the sign out board prior to hunting and mark their location on club land maps. After finished hunting, remove your name form the sign out board and remove your location mark. Please also note your attendance in the club log book, as well as your guest. All members and guest must sign release of liability and acknowledgment of rules prior to any hunting. -Farming activities takes precedence over hunting. Please hunt in another area if farming activities are in process, and respect the landowners. -All stands are for all members. If needed, cards will be drawn prior to hunt (AM & PM) to decide who has first choice of stand selection. Members always have stand preference over any guest. -Clean the cabin prior to leaving. Remove all trash. Carcasses are to be disposed of in specified location. -Stay off fields with vehicles, as well as food plots.
