CLUB DUES: As we stated several times, this is a unique opportunity which offers some very unique amenities . We are limiting the membership to a few individuals to assure quality hunts and harvest. We want to maintain a ratio of 1 hunter per hundred(100) acres. Bird cost are extra, however we will potentially have three bird dogs available for use at no charge. Annual dues are $2250/year. Also, first come first serve basis applies. If you pay your deposit now, you lock your spot in. We reserve the right to be selective about our members based upon whether we feel they will obey the rules of the club, be a valuable addition, and will be respectful to our members, the land, and the landowner. No other members are allowed to hunt until all dues are paid in full.
| Rules

have them written down to assure no issues arise, and that everyone is
fully aware of them.
